Your order will be packaged and shipped within our standard dispatch time frame (2-3 BUSINESS DAYS).

Standard Domestic - $9.95 

Express Domestic - $11.95 

Standard International - $29.95

 

NOTE: Whilst we do our absolute best in assisting if a parcel is lost in transit or delayed, Biinx. Cartel is not responsible for any damaged or lost parcels once they are marked shipped.

 

 

RETURNS

Please email infobiinxcartel@gmail.com immediately if you are in need of a return.

You can return your item, in exchange for an online store credit, within 14 days of purchase. 

Items that qualify for returns:

• Full-priced items ONLY
• Still in original and unworn and unwashed condition
• Original tags are still attached
• Free from any scent of perfume, deodorant or washing powder

NOTE: All returns are shipped at the expense of the customer.  

Initial shipping costs are also non-refundable so please choose carefully.

 

*Biinx. Cartel is not responsible for any parcels lost in transit on their journey back to us, so please hold on to your tracking details*

 

NOTE: According to the Australian Consumer Law, Biinx. Cartel is not required to offer a refund for sizing, fit or change of mind. We only provide full product refunds if the item is faulty on arrival aand within 30 days of purchase.

 

 

EXCHANGES

All efforts will be made to exchange an item if you are not happy with the fit, however please note, due to limited stock, products in your desired size may not be available.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item(s) has arrived faulty, please send us an email at infobiinxcartel@gmail.com ASAP. We will be of assistance in getting a new one to you!! In the event of your size being sold out, we will provide you a refund or store credit.
